1. Delivery Date And Time

The delivery time frame that you select online is only tentative. We request for your preference in delivery time frame to plan the delivery route, so the doors can be delivered at your house/condominium/office as a value-added service. You will be informed of the estimated delivery time frame the day before the scheduled delivery if we are unable to keep to your preferred time frame. If you do not receive any phone calls from us, it means that the delivery is scheduled to happen within your preferred time frame.

2. Changing Delivery Schedule

In any occasionally, if you need to change the delivery schedule, please do inform us via phone at least 2 days before delivery.

3. Delivery Location

Your delivery location must be under our coverage areas otherwise we reserved all the right to cancel the delivery. You can check the coverage areas when you place the order on our product page before checkout to payment.

4. Installation

We do provide door installation service for coverage areas only. Our installation is not included with dismantle works i.e we do not include the hacking and plastering job. We reserved all the right to cancel installation if the wall is not leaving the space according to our leave space and there will be additional RM 250 charges for second time installation.

5. Limitation of Liability

Top Security Door Sdn Bhd shall not be liable for any loss of income, loss of profits, loss of contracts, loss of data or for any indirect or consequential loss or damage of any kind howsoever arising and excludes any liability from us for any personal injury or death caused by our negligence, to the extent permitted by Law.
